At Medova, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care with which they are prepared. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds

We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if the product is received damaged due to our handling.

Damages caused by customers or during use are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to request an exchange, you must send an email to info@medova.skin within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the reason for your request and including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved exchanges will require the customer to cover the cost of delivery/shipping for the replacement item.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Medova reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage not caused during shipping.
