Refund & Exchange Policy

At Medova, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care with which they are prepared. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

  • We do not accept refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only if the product is received damaged due to our handling.

  • Damages caused by customers or during use are not eligible for exchange.

  • If you wish to request an exchange, you must send an email to info@medova.skin within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the reason for your request and including clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Approved exchanges will require the customer to cover the cost of delivery/shipping for the replacement item.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges will not be processed without prior email communication and approval.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Medova reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage not caused during shipping.
