What skin type are Medova products made for?

For now, our line is formulated specifically for oily & acne-prone skin. However, we are actively working on expanding to other skin types - stay tuned to discover and benefit from our upcoming launches.

Can I use the products every day?

Yes. All Medova products are dermatologically tested and safe for regular use. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend starting 2–3 times per week, then increasing gradually.

Do the products cause irritation or eye itching?

No. During all testing phases, our formulas were found to be gentle on the skin and eyes. They do not cause irritation when used as directed.

How do I use Medova products?

Each Medova product comes with a detailed step-by-step guide to help you get the best results. Upon purchase, you’ll find a QR code on the package sticker that leads to a PDF explaining everything you need to know about how to use the cleanser, toner, and spray.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are possible only if the product is damaged from our side, not through misuse. Customers must email info@medova.skin within 48 hours of receiving their order. Delivery fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.

Do you offer delivery across Lebanon?

Yes. We deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Orders above $30 USD qualify for free delivery, and Cash on Delivery is available.
